STUDIO POLICY
You must be over 18 to have any form of tattooing. Permanent Makeup treatment is not advised while pregnant or nursing, Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes (Type 2 Diabetes can be done if regulated with a doctor’s note), undergoing radiation or chemotherapy (allowed 4-6 months after completion of treatment), for any skin diseases symptoms or irritations that appear in the tattooed area, prone to excessive bleeding, or prone to keloids or scarring. If you suffer from Epilepsy or Seizures (allowed if regulated and with a doctor’s note). If you are using Accutane (must be off for 1 year) Isotretinoids, or other strong retinoids (after 6 months is allowed).

Appointments are booked consecutively. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may need to reschedule your appointment in order to respect the following appointments and to provide the quality service for yourself.
No children, toddlers, or infants are allowed at the time of the appointment.

If you have ANY previous microblading or permanent makeup not done by The Cosmetic Tattoo Studio, you will be required to book a consultation to determine best treatment, color correction and the cost. In some cases providing clear communication along with photographs of the previous work may be approved as consult prior to initial PMU appointment.

All clients that have previous permanent makeup that was not done at The Cosmetic Tattoo Studio will be considered a new client and charged new client prices. Color correction may require three visits. Moving forward, your future touch ups will be at the discount refreshment rate.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, and you may need to cancel, or change an appointment. In order to respect the time of both our guests and myself, I simply ask that you notify me of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 72 hours prior to reservation.
This allows ample time to try to fill the reservation should you need to cancel or reschedule your service.
Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a charge of 100% of the cost of service/services you are reserved for.
The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation or sent via invoice through our scheduling system.
I also require any future appointments to be paid in full prior to scheduling for clients who are considered a no-show.
My cancelation policy stands firm regardless of circumstances.
